Impairment Resources offers record review services either alone or in conjunction with an independent medical evaluation (IME) where one is needed to establish clinical findings. Christopher R. Brigham, MD, Impairment Resources’ founder, is Editor of the Guides Newsletter (the AMA’s authoritative publication on how the Guides are to be used), Senior Contributing Editor for the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, Sixth Edition and was a contributor/author for several chapters. With the Fifth Edition he served on the Advisory Committee and as a reviewer. He is also the author of over two hundred articles on impairment and disability assessment.

Dr. Brigham has utilized this broad experience to train Impairment Resources' expert raters and physician consultants to provide clients, nationally and internationally, with resources designed to drive accurate impairment ratings. In the past two years in particular, Impairment Resources has refined its processes, improved operations, grown nationally, and further enhanced technological approaches.
